Each suite offers a pre-function area with adjoining pantry and video monitors for broadcasting meeting schedules, satellite channels or conference events. Suites are available in two, three, four, or five rooms, and can be customized for specific requirements. To add drama, grandeur and sophistication to any meeting or trade show, the Conference Center offers two large ballrooms, exhibition space and other unique reception areas. Each space is designed to provide maximum flexibility and an array of technological amenities. Thoughtful attention has been given to the little things, too… such as tackable wall surfaces for presentations; built-in shelves for standup displays; flexible seating (e.g., ergonomic, banquet or conference seating); built-in projection screens and in-room glass display cases to showcase products and bring natural light into each suite. State-of-the-Art TechnologyIn addition to video and satellite broadcasting capabilities, conference facilities are equipped with high-speed Internet connections, technical tables with data and telephone connections, power lines, preset diffuse fluorescent and halogen lighting, ISDN lines for video-conferencing, CATV, and portable booths for simultaneous translation and assisted hearing. Advanced broadcast capabilities allow for on-site press briefings. The International Trade Center offers wireless high speed Internet access (WiFi) in all public areas of the building.
