Q.  What are the building hours of operation?
A.  Our building is open 365 days a year and can be accessed from 5:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. 

Q.  What are the building's hours of operation if the federal government is closed due to inclement weather?
A.  The building is open for normal hours of operation (5:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m.) even if the federal government is closed. The building's food court also operates under normal business hours.

Q.  Where are the building entrances?
A.  There are six major pedestrian entrances to the building: 14th Street, 13½ Street,  
      Pennsylvania Avenue, Moynihan Plaza, Woodrow Wilson Plaza and Metro level.

Q. What is the procedure for entering the building?
A.   Upon entry, proceed as directed through our security checkpoints.

Q.  Is parking available on-site?
A.  Yes, public parking is available in our underground parking lot with entrances at 13½ 
      Street off Pennsylvania Avenue and two entrances on 14th Street. The parking garage       is open 24 hours. For additional information, please visit our parking page.

Q.  Does the building have a lost and found?
A.  Yes, please call 202.565.1988 to inquire about any items lost while visiting our building.

Q.  Are building tours offered?
A.  Yes, we offer free guided tours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting at
